We at Blooming Wonderful have a pretty unique concept to share with you - Our Blooming Wonderful DIY Packages.

Most brides these days like to personalise their wedding day by adding their own handcrafted décor elements to their wedding. That is why we have come up with a brand new concept, of DIY décor. This allows brides to put their own personalised touch to their wedding reception décor. These packages aim to please busy and budget savvy couples, who want to save by having a DIY Wedding. This allows couples to save on having a décor co-ordinator. How it works is we offer pre-designed wedding décor packages, which are packed and ready for collection with a detailed layout sketch for easy set up. Brides can then ask their family and friends for help setting up on their wedding day. Couples can choose from one of our 5 pre-designed themes, or have the option to create their very own DIY package. All they have to do is book an appointment at our gorgeous showroom, bring some ideas and pictures for the look and theme they want to create for their special day, and Blooming Wonderful, event stylists, together with the bride and groom will come up with a unique design for their wedding reception. We will then take pictures of the design for their table, and put together a DIY Quote, as well as a detailed sketch that the couple can use to set up on their wedding day. The couple can also choose other décor to compliment their wedding ceremony and reception. We will advise the couple on the best choice of flowers to compliment their décor, which we can either do for them or they can choose simple flowers which they could easily arrange themselves. The Bride and groom can then personalise their table designs by adding their wedding stationery and hand crafted gifts or favours.

The first of our DIY themes that we are featuring on our blog is the Modern Glam theme. We decided to use a grey and yellow colour scheme, and used some orchids and carnations for the flowers. The flower arrangements were kept simple - easy enough for the Bride to do herself.
